"La part des Anges" (the angel's share) was launched at the beginning of 2019 … Like a great wine, its full potential has been developing for many years in order to offer you the best of our beautiful region, the Burgundy that we love so much.
It all started in the 90s when Bertrand immersed himself in the fascinating world of wine, and soon moved on to the world of the Grands Vins. From Burgundy to the Jura, then through house moves, trips and holidays to most of the other wine regions of France.
Awarded the "VIGNOBLES ET DECOUVERTES" (vineyards and discoveries) label in 2017 and graduating from the Beaune wine school, we launched our own brand of Grands Vins de Bourgogne in 2019. Wines that can be found under the "Bertrand Vuillemin" name … 6 references, including 3 reds – Bourgogne Pinot noir, Volnay and Pommard 1er Cru "les Charmots". As for the whites, we turned to Saint-Véran, Ladoix and Meursault "les Vireuils" to produce our exceptional wines.

Bertrand, the owner, encourages you to partake in a 2-hour introduction to oenology and tasting of a minimum of 8 appellations in his wine cellar.
Enter this fascinating world and allow yourself to be guided by a wine enthusiast … holder of a professional certificate in sensory analysis (Certificat Professionnel d’Analyses Sensorielles), Bertrand will guide you through an extraordinary experience, pitching his language to match your level of knowledge, very accessible for beginners and in greater depth for the more experienced.

Last but not least, La Part des Anges is also a shop that stocks around 50 wine references with great potential chosen from small producers only. Carefully selected from an average of about 2,000 wines that Bertrand will have had the opportunity to taste each year …
