A story of passion, terroir and excellence

It all began in the 1990s, when I fell in love with wine.

Very quickly this passion led me into the world of the Grands Vins, first in Burgundy, then in the Jura, and gradually into all the wine-growing regions of France and even a few foreign countries.

In 2019, I took a new step: after graduating from the École des Vins de Bourgogne in Sensory Analysis and obtaining certification on the 33 Grands Crus, I created my own wine estate by acquiring my first vines in Volnay and around Beaune.

Under my own name, I now offer a personal range of appellations built around the purity of the terroir and the elegance of taste.

White Wines:
A journey from the north to the south of Burgundy, from Chablis to Saint-Véran, via Auxey-Duresses, the charming neighbour of Meursault.

Red Wines:
A focus on the Côte de Beaune with emblematic appellations: Bourgogne Pinot Noir Cuvée du Manoir des Anges, Santenay Vieilles Vignes, Pommard Cuvée du Manoir des Anges, Pommard 1er Cru Clos de Verger. My reds are crisp, gourmet and expressive; my whites fresh and mineral, true to their original climates.

Each year I taste more than 2,000 wines. I also offer a selection of favourite wines, carefully chosen, available in our Beaune cellar or to buy online on our website.

Being passionate also means wanting to share knowledge and pass on favourite discoveries.
