Romanée Saint-Vivant
Opened in July 2026, La Romanée Saint-Vivant is the most prestigious suite at L'Escale de Jules & Lily. Its name pays tribute to the legendary Burgundy climat as well as to the Abbaye Saint-Vivant de Vergy, which for nearly 650 years tended the terroirs now world-famous as Romanée-Conti and Romanée Saint-Vivant.
This 55 m² suite, located on the first floor with fully independent access, was designed to offer an exceptional experience. Herringbone oak parquet flooring, a lounge area with sofa, a large flat-screen TV, a wine bar, a champagne cellar, air conditioning and a small private balcony overlooking the Art Deco fountain: every detail has been thought through to combine elegance and comfort.
The spacious bedroom, nearly 30 m² beneath a spectacular cathedral ceiling, features a King Size bed (200 × 200 cm), a desk area and a lovely view over the grounds. The thoroughly high-end bathroom is fitted with an Italian shower, a bathtub and a double washbasin.
Designed as a true haven of refinement, La Romanée Saint-Vivant embodies the highest level of comfort and prestige at our property, for a stay steeped in the Burgundian art of living.

Additional Information
La Romanée Saint-Vivant can also be rented together with the “Le Clos du Roy” gîte, located just below the suite. This configuration creates a space of more than 100 m², ideal for two couples travelling together while each keeping their own privacy.
In keeping with the peaceful and intimate atmosphere we wish to offer each of our guests, our establishment is reserved exclusively for adults. This choice, guided by our desire for comfort and tranquillity, means that we do not accommodate children. We warmly thank you for your understanding. However, for full private hire of our property, we are able to make exceptions.
Pets are not permitted on the premises, regardless of their size. No exceptions can be made, even in the case of full private hire.
Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided.
Stay rates are available through our booking engine and vary according to the length of stay and the time of year.

Breakfast is included in the nightly rate for the guest rooms.
For the rental of each of our accommodations, an end-of-stay cleaning fee will be applied, varying according to the size of the accommodation.
The tourist tax will be charged in addition to the reservation; it varies each year and is set by the Communauté de Communes de Beaune.
